What is the work?

a yoga practice to help you explore + honor, take care of, and strengthen your voice
I provide vocal yoga instruction based on my training as a certified teacher in the Heather Lyle Vocal Yoga Method, supported by my professional training and experience as a vocal coach. I provide instruction in one of two paths (based on your goals and background):

  • Also ideal for current students of yoga, looking to supplement their yoga practice in a fun way

  • Personalized vocal yoga instruction to meet goals, using the student's primary content throughout the process (their songs, performance pieces, speeches, etc.)
  • Practices addressing: physical limitations to healthy singing, maximizing breathing and phrasing, targeting different uses of the voice (belting, falsetto, etc.), practices to tap into desired tone, postures which encourage increased range, and of course overall vocal health
